How do I get a quote?
Send us a few photos and a short description on WhatsApp, or use our quote form. We'll reply with a clear, no-obligation quote — usually the same day where we can.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes — we work with both homeowners and landlords, and landlord maintenance is a big part of what we do.
Do your exterior cleaning services need access to a water supply?
Yes. Our exterior cleaning services — including driveways, patios and gutters — require access to a water supply at the property.
What happens to debris and waste after the job?
We tidy and collect where practical. Light debris can be placed in your garden waste or bin where suitable, and any remaining debris is bagged neatly on site for your disposal.
How often should I have my driveway cleaned?
Most driveways benefit from a deep clean once a year. Shaded or heavily used driveways may need it sooner.
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or patio?
No — we adjust pressure to suit each surface. Block paving, concrete, tarmac, stone and slabs each get a tailored approach.
Do you remove all kinds of stains?
We work on most common stains including dirt, moss, algae and tyre marks. Heavy oil or paint may need a specialist treatment, which we'll discuss with you first.
Can you re-sand driveway & repointing patio?
Yes, optional joint re-sanding is available. We can quote with or without it on request.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Typically once a year — more often if you have overhanging trees.
Do you bring the ladders and equipment?
Yes — we arrive fully equipped, including safe access where possible.
Can you repair broken gutters?
We can identify common problems and advise on next steps. Small fixes may be possible on the day.
What drainage issues do you handle?

Do you give a price before starting?

How long does a typical job take?
It depends on the service and condition, but most driveway and patio cleans take around 2 to 4 hours. We'll give you a realistic idea when we quote.
